I do not know if you are working on bolts or nuts .If its bolts,suggest you find a good substantial brass or copper piece of bar stock.Use it as a punch against the bolt head to jar the threads.This often will help loosen galled fasteners.Also helps oil to penetrate.I am a marine engineer and you can bet we have plenty of frozen bolts to free. Also a real aid to this sort of problem is bees wax used with heat. If you heat the bolts rub a stick of bees wax on while temperature is falling.The wax will find its way into very tight places.
