The set screw sounds like 138632 that goes in hitch hydraulic draft control linkage inside rear frame reservoir housing, other pieces could from linkage around draft lift cyl housing bolted to underside of rear deck cover, if hitch is working correctly it could be parts left over from previous failure, sometimes repair jobs dont get the small broken parts all cleaned out. 06/66 are forgiving about parts floating around in rear, will almost always lodge in the filter.
