The 100 has a slightly bigger and more powerful engine in it(113 cubic inches in the A, 123 cubic inches in the 100). The sheet metal is different. The 100 usually has hydraulics, while an A didn't have them(from the factory, anyway). The 100 has the Fast-Hitch implement attachment system. The A did not. Other than that, the differences are fairly small.
