Still thinking of getting a Cub, but have ???

i have been considering a Cub that is for sale.
I mentioned on here before that the engine is
stuck,and it is missing a few parts. How hare
would it be to find a front grill, and a side
inspection plate for the valves? The price is
$800 Canadian, but I may offer less
considering I am buying a pig in a poke.

I have a feeling someone has messed with
the exhaust manifold. What kind of outlet
should there be? Looks like a pipe nipple
was added, but is that stock?
