I would suggest taking the stack off and dumping about a gallon or two diesel down the manifold. If the tractor has been inside with no direct water down the stack and condensation inside the cylinder walls stuck it, I would think you have a good chance of not having to tear it apart (depending on the shape of the engine before it was put away). Dump the diesel down and let it soak a day or so. The next day dump more diesel then take the flywheel inspection cover off and take a prybar and gently pry the flywheel and if it frees pretty easily it should start.(youre gonna want to change oil immediately to get the diesel out). I bought a LP that was stuck this way, I freed it this way and it runs great to this day. It probably has some valve damage from rust because it smokes a little on startup but uses no oil after that.
