1. Engine on the 350 is C175 vs C169 on 300. That makes about 10% difference in horsepower.
2. The fast hitch is different, with draft control on the 350.
3. The clutch linkages were different.
4. The 350 utility offered several different versions, Hi-utility, diesel, LP. The 300 was only available as a gas version in the standard utility model.
5. 12 volt was a factory option on the 350, while not available on the 300 Utility.
6. There were other cosmetic differences; the steering wheel, paint scheme.
