I wanted to get some high quality decals for the M. I have put Mylar on other tractors, and they are kind of tacky looking. I was just wondering, How do I install vinyl cut decals? Do they come togeather, and you stick them on, and pull the top piece off, and it is the indivdual letters? OR do you have to stick them each on seperately by hand? I think that sticking the on by hand would be a lot of work. I was thinking to go with K&K, or Maple Hunter's decals. I don't know which has the best quality. Now for the clear coat. What can I put over the paint I have to not only protect it, but to give it a glossy look?I used spray cans-VERY carefully, no runs, and i did prime it too. I did a pretty good prep job too. It just doesn't have the nicest shine, its got shine, but not the best, I guess it comes with using a Farm and Implement paint, but, being 15 years old,its all I could afford, and it looks good. I'm just wondering if I can get clear coat or lacquer in a spray can type setup. I don't have the equipment to do it high quality style, nor the money to rent it. I just want to make it shiny, and put an extra layer of protection on it. One more thing. What can i do to get the heavily rusted areas out of the rear rims-CACL in the tires. I was going to have them sandblasted, but being the tires are about 700 lbs a piece, full, It would be a dangerous job to remove them. I don't want to drain them because I need the wieght for the tires for snow removal, and other things with the loader. Also I have no place to put the CACL. And I need to know what color to paint the rims too. Thanks guys!

The Fordson F Ignition System - by Anthony West. A fellow restorer contacted me earlier this year asking for some help and advice on a model F that he was restoring. He had over a period of months spent a fair amount of his hard earned cash on replacement parts for the old "trembler" ignition. Sadly though all his efforts seemed to be a waste of time and money as he still couldn''t get the temperamental old thing to run correctly!! If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
