Appreciate the advice on down-pressure. I guess it's like anything else in the tractor world. Using it with a heavy hand will get you into trouble. Using it with extreme care will do surprisingly useful things. The spool valve is an idea I hadn't considered. That might be easier to rig than another valve on my front loader hydraulics. I also hate to see a feature/function of anything go to waste. My lift-all is presently capped off. I don't know if anyone has looked at it in years. It's on my list of things to check. Putting it to good use would be a plus.
