SWD6, what's a fair price?

There's a fellow not too far from me selling a SWD6 with front end loader. Tractor works, kinda rusty and needs paint. I've got 2 400D's so I'm familiar with repair costs. I really want the loader cause I haven't got one and new ones are pricey. What do you think I should offer the guy? Is a SWD6 worth more than a 400D to collector types? I'm stopping in to have a look see on way home tonight. Any opinions welcome. Buy the way I'm talking CDN$.
