what brand pump is it? roosa master or IH? well the best way to free it up is to send it out and have it rebuilt. i sent one out off a straight 450D and i costed a little over 900. is was free too. you can try to do it your self by soaking in penetrate then slowy turning it over somehow. if you do free it up it still may need seals. the old pumps are expensive to fix.
