My neighbor was a true Farmall fan, he bought a old C with a Wagner loader and a fast hitch on it , this old girl was in pretty bad shape. We replaced the tires, carb and a few other minor parts and had her running pretty good. Well he took her to a friends to do some work and on the way back home hit a big pot hole on a old back road and busted the front bolster right out from under it, We got a old C for parts that was sitting wasting away in some old farmers field and replaced the whole wide front end. So now after several years and a lot of use the old girl is worn out and ready for a overhaul. We were going to do that this spring , but last week after going to the hospital to have a simple procedure done, my best friend had a massive stroke and died at 58 years old. I can still see him sitting on that old C with his bibs on, his old Cat Diesel hat pulled down to block the sun and a giant grin on his face. He was like a father to me and I will never forget him,,,, Goodbye old friend,,,,,,,JIm
