I have not heard of any made there as they made their own tractors in Soviet days but before 1917 lots of IHC implements were exported to Russia and between 1918 - 1939 to other countries in Eastern Europe that had been part of the Russian Empire. I have lots of Estonian language farming magazines from that era and they contain many ads for IHC tractors, engines and implements.
