Just had a C in the shop that threw me a fit. It would start and run for 30 secs. to a minute then die. Found wire form points to condensor had a break in the wire outside covering was good but when it got hot wire would seperate inside. Made new wire and runs like a top again. Something to check. Or like BIG JOHN said somthing is touching grounding it out.
