I believe I would recommend getting a 6 to 7 foot disk to just plow the rear tires out. You don't want to overload the tractor. My dad has a B John Deere and he has a 6 ft, KBA disk he bought for it when he farmed. It is a good match. I too am going to be trying to get ahold of a H and a B Farmall this year. I am partial to JD Green but I do want a couple of red ones around too. I really like them all but my primary color is green. If you stay to width of just plowing the rear tires out you should stay safe and like has been said before 16 to 18 inch blades. Hope this helps!
