a 3/16 nozzle requires 40cfm@ 70psi to give an example of air compressor the syphion type are not good for a tractor your compressor is to small a 7 1/2hp with 11cfm @70lbs will run a 1/8 nozzle well that is what my small one is great for small stuff for the big stuff i use the port one and realy go to town would hate to do a tractor with the small one though
