It's either leaking out the primary pump, or around the high pressure side internally to the injection pump, or the scavenging valve is stuck. Take the primary pump loose with the pipes still attached and see if it's leaking around the shaft, that will tell you if it's the primary pump seal. If that's not it, take off the return line to the tank and cap the tank side off, and run the pump side into a bucket. If that clears the problem the scavenging valve it stuck. If it' not those two, then the pump is probably worn out and leaking internally. Good luck -- Brian
