My A pulls to the left

I've got my A all back together and out driving around. I thought that once I got the steering rebuilt this would go away. But even with nice tight steering the tractor will veer to the left if you let go of the wheel. Is this normal because of the weight of the offset motor or have I another problem, perhaps inproper toe in or something? Looking for a place to start looking. Thanks in advace,
