So you have just built a new house that now needs landscaping, driveway improvments, etc. If you hired that all done by contractors you would probably spend 3 times the cost of the tractor. Since tractor is not only cost you probably won't save a lot of money when done. However you will have the tractor and that is important when your wife wants to change something. I agree with ff316, everyone needs a tractor.
