H draw bar extension

I am in the need of a drawbar extension for my H. I see in my service manual they were a option with the normal sized PTO. I guess I will get one made. Does anyone Know the correct spacing of the two wholes on the drawbar that it will attach to. Also what size plate should it be made of? 3/4 inch?? Obviously I am not near my tractor or I would no ask yall this. Oh yeah and what was the width of the mounting side(long side). I guess that is all for now sorry to confuse anyone, but if you know what I am talking about I think you'll understand.
