I thought the flat spoke wheels were originally steel that were cut down to weld the rims on for rubber tires. If that's the case, there would be no "factory original" since the conversions were done later. Or am I mistaken?
Either way, to make the spokes one color and the rims another color would take a lot of masking and add steps to the process. I doubt IH would have gone to the trouble.
Just my 2 cents though. Others may see it differently.
