You will probably be good to change the front crank seal as well. On my A the seal was finished, the replacement however was just under size to fit snugly into the timing cover. Use a bearing sealant to hold the new one in tight. Mine has no leaks now. We used a bearing splitter to remove the pulley, but be careful as the guys say you could break the outside. Be patient, Good Luck
