Belts on a 51 C

Hi Guys,
I stopped by my local Case IH dealer yesterday and picked up a new fan belt and gen belt. The fan belt turned out to be too small and the gen belt was too big. The dealer swears these are the correct belts. There is a water pump on this C.
I understand that some earlier C's had no water pump. Could he be giving me belts for a C with no pump? Does anyone know the correct part numbers for these belts? I thought maybe if i had the part numbers it would help my dealer find the right belts.
