This post has nothing to do with tractors, but I hope you read this anyway. Yesterday evening the district track championship was held at a local high school. The city high school upset all the county schools and won the championship for the first time in several years. One young man in particular was essential to his team winning. His picture was on the front page of the sports section. The county school favored to win this meet was of course very upset. But instead of "waiting till next year", or shrugging the loss off with class, a group of youths from the school drove by the young mans house from the city school, and killed him. That's right, shot him in his front yard while he celebrated with his family and friends. Not a word was said, they drove buy and shot him. I did not know this young man, but I shed a tear. Please teach your children the importance of be a dignified loser as well as a winner. For all our future.
