The first year these were introduced I looked at specs and declared it would not work, reason, too much weight and rubber on ground for engine. If you look at new articulated tractors today, any make. They are all pushing 300hp and 600 cubic inches.

IH had the same 50 years ago in the 113 and 123 cubic inch engines. They would give you a lot longer service in an A, Super A, 100, etc than they did in C, Super C, 200, etc.
