My first response is 'bout half that. But...it also depends on what else you find wrong when you get there. On my '47 H it turned out to be EVERYTHING! It hasn't been a restoration, it's been a resurrection. Anyhow, even after having the block cleaned, I would suggest you put it on an engine stand and take it to a car wash and blast all the sediment out of the water jacket you can with it upside down. You'll be amazed at what will come out of it.
