It should say in your operators manual. I know the operators manual for my B has that type of info. For most situations I use 30 wt motor oil in the crankcase, air filter cup and fan hub, 3-in-1 oil in the magneto oil cup and starter oil cup (My generator is a lump of rust and mud or I'd use it there too), and 140 wt gear oil in the transmission, final drive and steering. Regular EP cartridge grease in all zerks. I strongly encourage you to get an operators manual if you don't have one as there were a couple lubrication points I didn't know about until I got my manual.
