I can't tell you for sure, last gaser I had was a 300 and they were bad enough. I have seen it burn 3 gallons per hour in heavy going. It wouldn't surprise if 560 would hit 4.5 maybe even 5 gal per hour. You are talking close to twice the hp. A 560 diesel would do same job 1.5 to 1.75 gallons per hour.
