Hello all, Last night I typed a message on this discussion board asking a very simple question about a Farmall B. The response I got was pretty ignorant. I am 26 years old and I've been tinkering with old cars since 16. I just recently decided to try old tractors because they are great examples of American pride and engineering. They strongly appeal to me because they made this country great and I respect that. You're right "gene b", I dont know much about tractors but I'm here to learn. Why are you on this site?? To discourage new guys like me from joining a hobby? Now how would I know that a Farmall B has strait gears that are noisy?? Now I do "gene b", thanks, like I said I'm here to learn. So let's all remeber we all love the same thing. I'm not buying the B for other reasons but I'm buying one even though I don't know crap about them. Enough said. Thankyou to the 99.9% friendly people on this site. Paul O
