Gravel? Forget about rolling anything with small wheels on gravel. You'll have put down some plywood or heavy planks for the hoist or engine lift wheels to roll on. I think your best bet would be some sort of "lower" hoist setup. You'll have to make your own frame. Just use a chain "block and tackle setup" for on each side of the engine. Take trip to your local IH dealer and look in their shop. They should have a "A" frame hoist setup that you could look at to get an idea on how to build it. I wouldn't use the rolling engine lift unless you were removing the front bolster and radiator first, and then the engine.
