Any good salvage yard should be able to get you fenders and a PTO lever. Just be sure you know the year and serial number when you call, because there were two different PTO levers used, I'm not sure if they interchange, but they might. Clamshell fenders and flat-top fenders were both used on the 706, Clamshells on the 1963 and 1964 models, flat top on the '65, '66, '67. The fenders interchange, so it's really just a choice of which you like best. I've heard that ether will blow out piston rings on gas engines. Don't know if it's true, but I don't like to use it anyway.
