I'm not a mechanic, but I managed to replace almost all the seals on my Super C, including the belt shaft seal and PTO seal. The trick is in getting the old seal out. I had to chisel it and use vice grips to grab and pull pieces out until I finally got it all out. One has to be careful not to damage the shaft or housing. You need a smooth shaft to make a good seal.

You also need find a pipe of the right size or drill a hole in a wooden block to help you pound the new seal evenly into the housing.
