when you do your brakes which are very simple as Hugh said.If you put new disc on make sure you take a die grinder and go over all the edges on bothe sides of disc where the disc slides on the splined shaft to prevent any locking up,also if there is a ridge on the housing where the outside edge op the disc would be I took a 4&12 in grinder with wire wheel and the die grinder first to smooth that groove off. Also whem you have that actuator apart clean it real good with the wire brush and make sure you dont have any flat spots on the steel actuator balls, and when you put the actuator back together use a high temp anti seeze on the balls and in the grooves they work in so it will not hang up.Maybe you will only have to tear yours apart once. This is all from experience and I learned it all on this and redpower forum,I just done mine on the 560 about two months ago,but I had to take mine apart about 4 times you should be able to do your just once if you follow these steps. If you have any ? woodmaster@ modempool.com Feel Free
