Our 1086 requires bleeding after sitting all winter. Takes two people, one to hold the pedal down and another to open the bleeder. (pedal has to be down before opening and close it before releasing the pedal.) I do not have experience with a 574 but assume it is the same pricipal if indeed they are hydraulic power brakes.
