230 wakes up

The rebuilt 230 came to life yesterday afternoon. Was a great relief to hear it run again. I let the engine warm up good, then shut her off and retorqued the head bolts, and reset the valves to specs. Just a couple of questions, as this is my first go at rebuilding one of these. First, what should normal operating temperature be at idle with no load? Second, other than what I have already done, what limitations should i put on working the tractor now. Meaning can I start working it as usual, bush-hogging, blading, hauling mostly, or work her in more slowly? Appreciate the responses. I have gleaned a lot off the archives. Lot of good help and insight on this board. Thanks.
