I checked the M&W manual on the charlynn powersteering pump install- the photos are terrible becaus it was a copy. It appears the the pump has a bracket that mounts off the exhaust manifold bolt and a bolt off the water pump. The powersteering pump pulley is at the same height as the generator, just on the other side of the engine. the belt is routed in a triangle pattern around the generator, water pump, and the powersteering pump. The belt goes over the top of the radiator brace. The instructions say the brace is bent to a new template supplied with the kit. You could try calling Force-America for more info on the setup- they still sell the powersteering pump, reservior, and torque generator. I'm not sure about the brackets though. Here's their Bismark, ND number 1-800-624-7568.
