i think what you just described may be the three point conversion . do the lower arm links you described have balls with holes in them . there is only 3 parts to my conversion . top link bracket and 2 pieces that slide in and latch in where fast hitch equipment would normaly go . one end of these have large moveable balls with holes that connect to the three point equipment
