Mechanical lift plow?

ON my 44H I dont have hydraulics, But I made a mechanical lift arm plow (for snow pushing) and it works okay, but I have a doubled up 2X10 for a blade (looks dumb but works). It doesnt scrap good though. My question for anybody out there, Has anyone made (or bought)a mechanical lift arm front or rear mounted blade for thier H or M.
I made two 6"by 8" plates 1" thick mounted to the C channel frame and then used Purchased C channel that pivots on the plates mounted with 2" diameter tool steel pieces. I would like to buy a small steel blade and mount it to my set up but will need a better way to lift it and hold it steady.
