Farmall A Engine Oil

Restoring a working 1944 Farmall A, and concerned about the very old engine oil. I have no manual or other source for oil specifications. I read some articles about detergent type engine oil being ok, and I would probably use 30 weight if I didn't know better. I assume gear boxes will be ok with a multigrade 85-140 vis. oil, but will need specs to confirm. Just got this tractor and after three days have it running like a top. Now I want to preserve it for another 58 years. Help is appreciated.
