One of the problems facing prospective buyers today is 50 years of sometimes not exact rebuilding. I have run across Super As that have had the touch controll removed, motors changed, serial tags removed, etc. I even saw a 140 with A front wheels. One ty-rod was A vintage the other was 140. He claimed tractor was original. Torque tube on Super A was different from A in that A did not have the flat top for mounting touch controll on. I am not sure on this one but A s I have seen are Mag. ignition and Supers are coil ignition. Is that when change ocured?
