The nut is real hard to get to. You may be able to sneak a wrench in on top of the axle. You can't really see it from underneath. You'll have to peer through the slot in the front of the steering gear where the arm comes out. Tightening the nut may not do it as the hole in the steering arm may be wallowed out or the the keyway worn. You may have to take it off and have a machine shop fix. That's a pretty big job as you have to take most of the front end off the tractor.
