75 is correct. I start with the two center ones. One is in the middle of the head, more or less, and the other is on the manifold side edge. Then I fan out 2 studs at a time each direction. There has been a suggestion by several members to torque at roughly 45, then a second pass at 60 and the final pass at 75. In any event, I retorqued after 2 hours and was totally surprised how loose they had all gotten, especially the ones around #2 and #3.
