Actually, although fading is the most common cause, a WWII Farmall tractor or implement with original paint will look orange next to other tractors. During wartime, IH mixed their trademark red paint with yellow, because large amounts of red paint went into painting flags, etc. on military equipment. As many know, IH was a large supporter of the war by making war equipment factories. Just think, some of the paint on that old war stuff just could be the exact same as your tractor? How's that for patriotic farm equipment?
