I have the same problem with my 200 with fast hitch, it also efects the lift arms up front. The arms, just like the fast hitch will move normally in one direction and very slowly in the other. The engine will labor excessively when moving in the slow direction also. I was told that there was a restricter in the plumbing somewhere which was to prevent implements from falling too quickly. However, I have not been able to find it.
