sure there is pressure from the control valve and the cyclinders that pressure keeps the cycl on the drawbar in place they were slow to come down so the imp wont drop what happens when you have something on the fast hitch you said that the retarder in the little box by your feet is ok you have the lines hooked up or it would not lift when the lever is pulled back
