I tripped over a Farmall H, 1941 year, with a small grove of trees growing out of it. The owner said 500 bucks and I about died. That is two Farmall H's in three weekends for 500 dollars each. It had original fenders on it. I needed a bunch of gears and he said the tranny was in good shape. The shifter flows through the gears smoothly. I will be yanking it out of the grove next weekend. Never realized I needed an axe and a pair of brush cutters to work on a Farmall. Will probably have a bunch of spare parts to sell after this takedown. I bought it for the transmission parts. Learned one important thing this weekend. If you are thinking of restoring an H or any tractor....you better be ready for it. They will wait for you for 50 years, but once you start...do not leave them alone for a second. It is not as easy as it sounds. The rewards are a different story....!!!! Where do I buy Non Case bearings? I do not want to sell the house to buy them! Thanks, Scott
