If your concerned about it, which I wouldn't be, just put some umbrella seals on your intake valves. I wouldn't use the PC type seals because they can deprive the guide and valve of lubrication. Did you have new valve guides installed when the engine was rebuilt? sometimes machine shops will knerl the guides instead. knerling is ok, if the guide wasn't too bad to start with and the knurl job was done correctly. knurling will hold oil in the guide better for better lubrication. BUT, it doesn't last as long and if the guide was work verry much before the knurling, it wont be effective. Anyhow, the oil is coming from your intake valve guides, but if it is just puffing a little bit of smoke on start up and under hard throttling, I wouldn't worry about it unless it is fouling the plugs out. Just my 2 cents worth.
