I have to agree, I did have some real concerns doing this. Tractor had been set at 60" since new. We did this in 1991 and since that time tractor has been set at 52". I guess I would still have some real concerns if I wanted to widen to max. 68" on 130. Guy that helped me with this had some experience with heating matals. He suggested and we did bury it in sand to cool. We left it over night. As I said earlier that was 11 years ago, and tractor is still going and until two years ago was a work tractor. I responded to you earlier using term 45 gal. drum 55 American gallons same as 45 Canadian, or very close.
