4700 hundred sounds like a lot unless it is in excelent shape inside and out. As far as the leak goes, it sounds like its the power steering unit thats leaking. This could be hydraulic line connections or seals in the power steering unit itself. Is the oil coming out of the steering colum? Its not very hard to rebuild the power steering. I would suggest you get a parts and service manuel for that tractor. It will give you a good break down of all the seals and parts you might need for your over haul.
