I found a IH 460 Utility on the radio of all places. It was a Saturday radio tradeo show. I paid $4500 but it was in great shape. new tires on the front and at least 80% on the rear it came with weights, tire chains, rear blade, and a almost new Westendorf WL21 Loader. Saw a Wl21 loader in the paper same weekend and they wanted $2600 for it alone. It's a great tractor loader I have about what you have. 20 acres with about 7 in trees. Lots of dead stuff on the ground and I mow with a 5ft Kingkutter brush hog ($549 brand new)Mine also came with the upper link for a three point (it has a 2 point fast hitch)I can take a picture of it you can have anyone that can weld make one for $50. It's very simple. Good luck with whatever you buy.
