the color of the antifreeze dont mean anything just tore one down yesterday to replace the sleeves and it was bad i have seen a lot worse in the last year ive torn down three blocks and i found probly found a gallon in the one and all four holes were plugged solid stuff was built up well over an inch around the bottom of the sleeves you wont be able to get all of it but at least you can unplug the four holes high pressure water and some air pressure will get most of it the acid realy cleans good saves pulling head and sleeves
